Museum of Islamic Art

The Museum of Islamic Art in Doha is a gem in the crown of Qatar.

The museum holds art and cultural exhibits covering 1,400 years of Islamic artistic excellence.

The beautiful building was designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect I. M. Pei.

The museum was built on an artificial island off Doha to ensure its architectural prominence is never obscured by future developments.

Admission is free for Qatari residents.
