Tarrant In The Dock

The Christchurch terrorist who massacred innocent Muslims in 2019 is seeking to withdraw his guilty plea.

Tarrant killed 51 Muslims in his attack on two Christchurch mosques.

He has been held in a prison specifically designed for him for much of the past few years.

Tarrant claims he was not in his right mind when he entered his guilty plea and is trying to secure a retrial.

Tarrant also claims that the conditions of his imprisonment are onerous and directly harm his mental health.

The Christchurch massacre was the worst terrorist attack in New Zealand’s history.
